My own journey though pregnancy, birth and motherhood has inspired me to pursue doula work and serve the community through the milestones of matrescence and parenthood. Most of all, my daughter inspires me to have made the decision to pursue work in the birth world. I look forward to seeing other families through the same inspirational, impactful and transformational journey.
I support families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood with structured preparation and steady presence.
With a background in Child Development and over 20 years of mindfulness and yoga practice, I integrate nervous system–informed tools with evidence-based guidance to help families move through birth with clarity and confidence.
My work is grounded in both professional training and personal experience, and designed for parents who seek thoughtful, informed, and deeply supported care.
To guide families through birth and early parenthood with presence, informed preparation, and steady support that cultivates safety, confidence, and strength. I want to empower expectant parents with the knowledge and resources they need for their own unique pregnancy journey.

Prenatal sessions provide you with the guidance and preparation needed for each stage of pregnancy and birth. During this time, we develop a personalized birth preferences plan, outline a thoughtful postpartum plan, review feeding options, and discuss evidence-based resources and childbirth education — while building connection through the working relationship. Grounding the session ends with a 20 min meditation, relaxation or reset, live or recorded to be enjoyed on your own time and comfort.
I offer continuous support throughout labor and birth, providing steady presence and calm guidance as your experience unfolds. 24/7 contact for support available starting at 38 weeks through birth. I help communicate your birth preferences, collaborate respectfully with medical staff, and create a soothing environment aligned with your wishes. Through partner support and holding your space together, comfort measures, breathwork, movement, and hands-on techniques, I help tend to physical and emotional needs — so you feel safe, supported, and empowered in each decision along the way.
Postpartum sessions are to connect and recover after giving birth and adjust to life with a new baby. Breastfeeding support, newborn care support, nutritional guidance, screenings and referrals to local providers are some of the basic things we can discuss and cover. Additional postpartum support for recovery and care available.
Extended coverage for overnight care, infant soothing and sleep/feed support, additional support for emotional and physical recovery available for +4 hour support blocks. See Pricing page for more info.
